Monday, February 7. Beginning the fourth week of this diet. I have recorded everything. Exercised. Read motivational material, health articles. Consistent. Committed. And got a measley net loss of two pounds for my trouble. I do feel more fit and flexible. I feel thinner. The scales say NO! My next action is to reduce the target daily calorie amount today and will see if that triggers a little faster loss. Okay. I am off and running with my new plan. Also I am trying to eat higher volume foods with lower calorie density like greens. yumm.
