SODIUM INTAKE

I can't seem to control my sodium intake. Its a big concern of mine. I feel that it is just as important to watch your sodium intake as it is to watch your calories. Especially that I am a vegan I tend to use more salt than I would like. I have heard that vegans are at higher risk of heart problems due to this. I am aiming to get under 2300mg of sodium each day but I seem to be eating between 2500-3000mg each day. Gosh, is it ever hard. On a diet you still want your food to taste good!
