Having a bit of trouble planning for my targets. Its pretty easy to plan for low calories. However getting my carbs & protein within a specific range has proven to be quite difficult. I have tried the Atkins Low Carb High Protein Diet before and I didnt like it because I love my carbohydrates. So when I chose my diet plan I decided to do the healthy lifestyle diet. After trying to organize my meals to fit those needs I have failed miserably. I found it hard to not go over my protein allotment and even harder to fill up my carbs. I guess over the years my love for carbs has waned. So I switched my diet to the high protein hoping it would be simpler for me. It seems there is no inbetween. If its too difficult to eat all that protein, ill check out the Low Fat diet. That seems to be the constant that I havent reached. Maybe that one is the one for me. Why does everything have to be so complicated?
