New take on weight loss.

So, I've tried to do the grazing thing through out the day. Where you eat 6 small meals a day. And it worked great while I was at work..(I even left my debit/visa and cash at home so I wouldn't fall into the office lunch special) so it was working well. And it felt good too.. but once I got home I would make a beautiful healthy vegan dinner. And I would be full.. But I guess not satisfied. And I'm sure this is a problem for a lot of us out there. I would just start going through all the cupboards and fridge searching for snacky food I could munch on. Ugh. And then all would be loss and I would start over the next day and repeat the cycle all over again.
All my life I have lost and gained weight (the yo-yo affect) And each time I never really know how I get the motivation to stick and keep to a certain way of eating and working out. So I am back at square one.. not to mention the heaviest I have ever been. You always say "How did she get to that point.. I would neeeever let myself get there".. then all of a sudden you ARE there. So I'm going with the only three meals a day thing. Have three fully satisfying meals. Work out perhaps 2-3 times a week to start off with so I don't give up completely haha. But thats the new plan! Now I just gotta turn thoughts into actions.
