Baby steps

I started about three weeks ago grant it I have only lost 5 lbs. Starting at 214 now 209 but I am not killing myself trying to stick to anyones diet I also have read all the books and can tell anyone how to loose weight. The books really don't matter. Find what you like to eat. Don't make it to complicated. A calorie is still a calorie. I try to include a salad at least once a day. Have been walking at least 1 1/2 miles a day. Just wiped the dust off of my Ab Circle Pro that I bought a year ago, and have never used. The ab circle was hard but I did it. And plan to do it at least 3 times a week. My problem is I do for everyone else but me. I too am important. I really feel confident in loosing weight this time.
