I really think the first two weeks are the hardest on any diet. I had to talk myself out of Fast Food several times the key is to keep healthy foods in your car at all times.

I started about three weeks ago grant it I have only lost 5 lbs. Starting at 214 now 209 but I am not killing myself trying to stick to anyones diet I also have read all the books and can tell anyone how to loose weight. The books really don't matter. Find what you like to eat. Don't make it to complicated. A calorie is still a calorie. I try to include a salad at least once a day. Have been walking at least 1 1/2 miles a day. Just wiped the du...
