weight loss ffrustration

I want to lose weight, I want to work out, but with the youngest still at home it seems impossible. School is every other day so I get a couple of days a week, but I can't see a couple of days a week helping my waistline much. tried P90x at 5:30am so I could be done before kids get up but they just started waking up earlier. by the time they go to bed I'm so run down the Last thing I want to do is workout. How do I work this? and stress just makes me hold the pounds so worrying about losing weight is entirely counter-productive
