Yesterday, I was nervous about going to my friends wedding party. I started eatting anything that had surgar in my house. I feel like i use food as a coping tool. I felt strange at the party to again eat more then i planed. I try and stick to my planed food tracker, but Im human and got off the track. So Today i plan on getting right back. I love my job but, so many temtations. I can focus so much on what im going to eat that dont do my best at work. It actually get in the way of my work. I hope that today i can just do my job and stick to my planned diet.
