I have not always liked to run, but I was alittle wannabe athlete in high school. All the cool kids were in a sport so I wanted to be like that. Never thought it would be like my most favorite thing 10years later. I love that high I get after running for like 20-30mins. I feel so light and fast. I love that feeling after I run some hill repeats and my whole body is grateful! i started running two years ago and have not stopped since.

Today my soon-to-be husband and I are riding our road bikes. Outside for the frist time because of all the snow. We went out to s nice resturant last night and had good ideas of healthy lite dinners but my frist bit into the bread and butter had my mind going soon well had dessert.. I feel very ashamed for cheatting on my diet. Gained 2 pounds.

Woke up at 930.. Sleeping in! My favorite thing!
Get my morning tea. Did some cleaning and hitting the gym. Since Its snowing!!!! I cant do my long run outside. so , Ill work on my speed in the gym on the dreadmill!!
Im going to have alittle lunch bagel and salad then back for a swim.
I love my days off.

Yesterday, I was nervous about going to my friends wedding party. I started eatting anything that had surgar in my house. I feel like i use food as a coping tool. I felt strange at the party to again eat more then i planed. I try and stick to my planed food tracker, but Im human and got off the track. So Today i plan on getting right back. I love my job but, so many temtations. I can focus so much on what im going to eat that dont do my best at work. It actually get in the way of my work. I hope...

Today i feel much better..After gaining 6pounds in 5 days. I decided to stay away from white flour (CAKE< BAGELS) and surgar(CHOCOLATE) and in 4 short days i feel 100% better. I still eat english muffins and apples that might have alot of surgar and flour but thats not a binge food for me a pankcake or bagel just puts me into a binge mood and sometimes i just cant stop. My birthday i in a little and i feel nervous because my friends want me to have a party and ice cream cake! thats ok il...

Came back from vacation in Hawaii.. last night. So quilty from the over eatting. I gained5 or 6 pounds. i feel really shitty from the surgars. Lets not even talk about the in and out at midnight last night. Its bad. No, Problem I have lost the wieght before I can do it again. Just stay away from surgars and white flour.

Today Is A wonderful day to be on the moutain snowboarding. Some people think im crazy because id rather run..... I will be fast and ready for this half-iron man in 7 weeks! last year i was like all my friends, Any days we had off we were on the hill snowboarding. Well, I know it will be their next season. But I really want to beat my time by 30-60 minutes on my race.

When I was 22 I moved to Mammoth To stop drinking....Weighed 160.
Frist, Detoxing off alcohol made me crave surgar all day and expecially during the night! Second, I was out of shape. I gained another 5 or 10 pounds. I worked today at my resturant job....I love my job because I love the people I work with. The problem is all the temptations! I get to have a free meal everyday I work that can be cake or a salad. Some days I go for the piece of cake but today I had one of my regulars: living Large Salad with mixed greens including spinach, Black Beans, Brown Rice, Avocado, Feta Cheese and shredded Carrots
