I have always defined my weight as a part of me.  Now, it is almost like losing something of myself.  In the book, THE SECRET, we are told to imagine what you want to look like. Don't focus on losing weight because it won't happen, these are not positive thoughts.  So I am starting think positive thoughts about losing weight.  Taking one moment of food at a time.

I can do this, I am not losing who I am, but gaining who I was.  Being fat is not a who at all.  It's a choice in some cases.  It is not apart of you if you don't need it to be.  I no longer need it to be.
