55ish min to do full body weights light.
next week increase/decrease: leg curls +50
hip abduct +40
calf raises -shoulder pads to #3
tricep ext +40
bicep curl was hard today, muscle felt crapped after but stretched out nice.
calf raises was hard too, didn't complete last set of 15 just 12.
really liked the ab machine we used, over by the free weights closesest to the older machines.
