Shooting for the Stars

Every St. Patrick's Day is my grandfather's birthday. It's also mine. I admit I've had good birthdays, but yesterday was pretty amazing. I started off really depressed that none of my family would visit me because I'm an hour away, but so grateful for my boyfriend to come and spend the day with me. It was an easy day. We walked around the mall and had dinner. When he left, it got a little better (not that it wasn't great with him) and I added a couple shots to my drinks so I could play with them. For the first time in a while I put myself out of my comfort zone and was able to relax and laugh. I don't remember when the last time that was. Maybe this year is going to change, but not on the actual new year but my birthday.

I haven't been keeping track. Starting up again Monday. It's been all birthday fun and overeating. Probably gained everything back. Will weigh in Sunday and put in weight, whether I gained or loss.
