Yes that title is how I feel right now...UGH...not little ugh...but capital UGH...
I got completely offtrack a few weeks ago, went out 4 days in one week for dinner, ate cake 3 times, didn't exercise as much. And so now I am paying the price. I haven't lost any weight, just stuck, stuck at the same 15 pounds loss. I thought by now I would be down at least 20, but for 3 weeks, almost 4, I have been stuck at 15 pounds...yes its a weight loss and I should applaud it, but dang it, I want it to be more.

I have come to the conclusion until I get over this plateau and get completely back on track, I am going to have to suspend social invites outside my home. I just can't do it, one bite here, one bite there and suddenly I have eaten 2000 calories. Its incredible how quickly it adds up. I also hurt my knee and I haven't been able to run. I must say my running had gotten so much better, able to run farther, longer, and I felt that even if I didn't do anything else as long as I took that run than I was doing well. So I haven't been running for about a week, tried just walking but even that hasn't been feeling terrific so I have been doing more weights and using my ball, but I really feel that unless I break out in a sweat that it isn't really a workout..

Ok well wish me luck that I can jumpstart my weightloss again and get back on track...
