60 Days To Go

Wow - I'm 40 days in.
The food changes are so much easier now. It's like I just buy different stuff than I used to, but I'm not sitting in the store comparing labels anymore. I just know what to buy.
My fridge is full of fruits/veggies/light dairy products and meats from the butcher. My husband actually noted the other day how few items we buy that come in boxes or wrappers!
Yesterday there was a box of donuts lying around at work. I opened it and looked at it, and it did NOTHING to me. Well actually I think it looked a little bit gross. Zero desire for consumption. Although, I was never big into donuts to begin with...
I really LIKE going to the gym now. But that might be because my trainer has quickly become my major social outlet.
My brain signal telling me when I'm full is working much better these days. I don't eat until the point of explosion and then spend the rest of the night in a coma on the couch.
I'm not sure how I'm going approach this exercise routine once I move and my job gets more demanding. I'm really happy that I'm making it a routine now. I wouldn't have the mental energy to make changes later on.
Yesterday I was changing clothes at the gym, and realized that my sports bra was too big. Too big? That's never happened before! So I need to go buy new SMALLER sports bras! Yay! That means I can probably zip my bridesmaid dress by now!
The stretch marks on the hips are coming out in full force. I can almost watch them popping up. Yay.
I can do each individual component of my triathlon
as in I can swim 1/4 mile
bike 10 miles
run 5K
Now I'm working to squish parts together.
Today - personal training.
Tomorrow - either 3 mile jog outside or swimming depending on the weather. I'm hoping for sun.
I'm off to the gym!
