Yesterday was the most brutal work out of all time. My trainer brought in her TRX and made me do all these "suspension exercises." It was god aweful. I'm pretty sure that my trainer should have paid me yesterday instead of the other way around. I'm considering rubbing ben gay all over my body.
The last few weeks have been driving me crazy because I've pretty much been at a weight plateau since day 25. But, I stepped on the scale yeste...

I bailed on the gym this morning in lieu of doing a yoga video at home. I've just been so sore and tired! I feel like I could use some stretching and meditation. I wish that my gym had some 6 AM classes, but no such luck.
After my yoga video, I think I'm actually going to do my hair, wear make up and rustle through my closet and see if there is anything cute I fit into. Hopefully this will lead to someone notic...

Today is my day off from the gym. Halleluja! I slept and slept and slept last night. My stomach is feeling better. Last week my husband was sick and we ended up eating more take out stuff, I think it may have given me a stomach ache! Last night we ate home made food - and voila back to my old self.
Sometimes I feel like I'm experiencing the opposite of growing pains. Like shrinking pains. Anyone ever had braces? It's like...

I'm so tired. I haven't felt great since last friday. Well, Saturday was ok. But I felt crappy sunday and most of today.
I did have my training this morning. And I slugged through it. I'm taking my day off tomorrow, because I'm just running on empty.

Wow - I'm 40 days in.
The food changes are so much easier now. It's like I just buy different stuff than I used to, but I'm not sitting in the store comparing labels anymore. I just know what to buy.
My fridge is full of fruits/veggies/light dairy products and meats from the butcher. My husband actually noted the other day how few items we buy that come in boxes or wrappers!

Today, I am soo soo tired. I got up at 4:30 and couldn''t even coordinate the coffee pot. So I decided not to go to the gym. I don't feel bad about it at all. I haven't taken a day off in over a week.
I had my doctor's appointment yesteday and as expected she told me I needed to lose weight. Yes, thank you. Also, my blood pressure was higher than I expected it to be. Boo. But what am I supposed to do? I'm already in ...

I've been reading alot of other people's blogs in the mornings. Go everybody go!
I am concerned that some people aren't eating enough. Everything that I've read indicates that women should never be eating less than 1000 calories per day because it switches metabolism into "starvation mode" and actually prevents weight loss. So - EAT MORE! (Unless you are already eating enough!)
