Okay so this week, I cut way back on my eating.  I used a weight watcher tracker to write down my patterns of food.  My meals were just the right amount and no seconds!  Man that is hard!

I eat to comfort myself when I am bored.  I use a lot of engery thinking to be honest and I get drained.  I walked this week twice, which is a good start for me because I have shot knees.

It is difficult beause since I am heavy, my knees can't support all this weight (288) but I have to lose it so I have to move.  The compartments in my knees are sore and swelling, but I am keeping it under control with icing when necessary and cutting down on pain killers because they are not good for the liver!

But the key is to move!  People don't realize that when you are heavy, and you want to move, it is hard to do so!  You can't just get up and exercise.  You have to find the wind, the stamina, make sure your body can take it and on top of that you have to find and keep the will to keep going.

I am proud of myself this week although I didn't move as much as I wanted to.  But as I tell myself, it is a start.

Let's see how I do next week and I will continue to get my knees to cooperate.  Part of the therapy to get them to work right is to keep them moving and working.
