Have to thank the frozen food section of Walmart for the large selection of foods to choose from. Who needs Jenny Craig when you have Lean Cuisine,Tai Pai and various others. I have lost 15# in 2 months with only walking 1/2 hour per day and keeping below 1000 calories. Half a grapefruit,1/2 cup 1% milk with 1 cup cereal for breakfast--Turkey sandwich,hellmans lite mayo,lettuce and dill pickle for lunch---Salad with oil and vinegar and spices,lean cuisine dinner i.e. lasagna,one slice of pepperidge garlic bread.Meals change every day as there are so many choices of things to eat, so losing weight does not have to be a diet, but controlling the portions of food we eat and the prepared dinners do that for us so we don't even have to think about it.
By the time I reach my goal weight I should have a new way of eating, so I wish all of you and myself good luck
