Have to thank the frozen food section of Walmart for the large selection of foods to choose from. Who needs Jenny Craig when you have Lean Cuisine,Tai Pai and various others. I have lost 15# in 2 months with only walking 1/2 hour per day and keeping below 1000 calories.
