I have been using a VERY light workout schedule the last two weeks just to get my muscles back in the groove. I let life's issues rob me of vitality the past few months. Next week i'll really need to step it up as the race season is already on me and I am running WAY behind schedule.
Fitness is one of those things that you really can't play with when you get older. If you lose it and your over 30, you are going to pay a heavy price to get it back.
