I was doing so good and now the weight is coming back. I really need to get better at tracking what I eat, getting in my workouts and no munching at work. All sounds so much easier than it is. I am going to try and weigh in and blog every day. Figure that maybe it will help me stay focused, then again maybe it will just take up more precious time I cant afford to spare.
Also going to start a groups for weekly challenges. I was in one years ago through ediets and it really helped.
