I am out of control... something is seriously wrong with my head! Last night was the second night in a row that I pigged out right before going to bed. I always eat more when I am on my period but this is just rediculious. I wasn't even hungry I just had the urge to shovel something into my pie whole so did. This has got to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesturday I did really good, it helped that I didn't have to go to work. I even got all of my water in. Today was a bit tougher. Had to go to work and there is a new blizzard so of course I had to try it. I went with the mini but even that is 300 cals. I just adjusted what was for dinner and it worked out for the cals. Unfortunately because there were so many carbs in the blizzard my ratio for carbs, protein, and fat is way off. Oh well I guess it culd be worse will just have to try harder tomor...

well the first day of my water challenge went great then yesterday not so much, I only had 16 oz. of water. Today is starting better though I have aleady got in half of my water and it is not even noon yet. Now if I can just get my homework done by 1:30 I will be off to the gym before work.

I was doing so good and now the weight is coming back. I really need to get better at tracking what I eat, getting in my workouts and no munching at work. All sounds so much easier than it is. I am going to try and weigh in and blog every day. Figure that maybe it will help me stay focused, then again maybe it will just take up more precious time I cant afford to spare.
Also going to start a groups for weekly challenges. I was in one years ago through ediets and it really helped.
