I was all set to go to the gym when I got off work today only to find out my husband got called into work and I have two kids to watch. I wish the gym had childcare but then I guess it would cost more. I am greatful though that he is getting overtime as we always need the money since the two surgeries last year. It seems like we get ahead financially for about a week or even a month sometimes only to have something happen the next month. I am training tomorrow with one of the personal trainers and I'm a bit nervous as they really know how to push you. I've been at the gym for about three months now and I have lost 36 pounds but I still have a way to go. On all the charts according to my height I still have about 14 pounds but to me I want to be comfortable in a bathing suit. I haven't warn a two piece bathing suit in so long, I would like to do that this year. I feel even though I just found this website yesterday it really helps to keep track of your food and fitness. I actually need to eat more according to my calorie intake. I am just trying to figure this site out right now so I'm just watching what I eat and not really on a diet. I want to be able to make good choices and not just say oh I can't eat that. It's more of a lifestyle change for me than just losing weight to get into a bathing suit.
