Well, Today I was very careful at when and what I ate. I took all my vitamins and greens. I had oatmeal for Breakfast with hemp hearts . Dinner was fish and stirfry onions and peppers. supper was green beans some steak. I feel I ate very balanced today. drank only 4 bottles of water, never ate past 6:00 pm now I am just enjoying a cup of oolong tea. I had lots of energy today, Although I never exercised,I was a cleaning fool! My goal for day 2 is to journal everthing I eat and drink and amounts,so I can get an idea of calories.
I am going to do 30 min on the treadmill first thing, after my morning coffee.
