Less sodium and fat intake.

Since I have been tracking everything I eat, my food choices has been a lot better. It has been almost two weeks and I have cut out red meat, candies, cakes and a lot of sodium filled food.
Just by doing that, I have noticed that my entire body has become less swollen and I lost five pounds of what could have been just water wieght and bloating from the food I was eating.
