I went back to my old ways and now its time to get bac on track. I gained back 5 lbs. I feel it too. Back on my diet and seaking motivation from friends and family.

Since I have been tracking everything I eat, my food choices has been a lot better. It has been almost two weeks and I have cut out red meat, candies, cakes and a lot of sodium filled food.
Just by doing that, I have noticed that my entire body has become less swollen and I lost five pounds of what could have been just water wieght and bloating from the food I was eating.

I have decided that it is very important to loose wieght. I am a beautiful woman and no one can tell because I am so huge! LOL, I am taking a college course about family life and wieght loss is our current topic. I was super upset today when I found out my BMI is 46. I pray that God will help me on this journey to change my eating habits and add light workouts. I am starting slow, wish me luck!
