Revamping Workout

I went to the gym this morning at 6:40 (a huge step for me) and attempted to do the workout for the 5 mile Island. The weights were barely doable and the exercises on the lateral pull machine did not happen nor did the 2.5 mile easy run. I did do a few minutes on the elliptical but past that I was pretty knackered. So, I have decided to choose an easier workout so that I can participate more fully. I am beginning to think that I am sabotaging myself but I can't figure out why. I have been consuming negative calories for the past few days and I am really proud of that. So...I will just keep at the exercise thing until I find what will work for me.
I am also taking my picture so that I have visual record of my journey. Oh, and someone asked me today when I was due...again! If that's not a wakeup call, I don't know what is. Oh well, tomorrow I will be one day closer to a healthier more athletic me.
