I have been on the Metabolism Miracle for a little over two weeks now and have never felt better! I am making changes in all aspects of my life and doing things I never in a million years thought I would. Revamping Workout

I went to the gym this morning at 6:40 (a huge step for me) and attempted to do the workout for the 5 mile Island. The weights were barely doable and the exercises on the lateral pull machine did not happen nor did the 2.5 mile easy run. I did do a few minutes on the elliptical but past that I was pretty knackered. So, I have decided to choose an easier workout so that I can participate more fully. Day One

Today is my first day using fitclick. I have tried several eating plans and workout routines but none have been successful so far. I need to lose 57 pounds and want to do it within the next six months. I have been drinking water and coffee exclusively (Far more water than coffee) so that is one hurdle down.
