Metabolism and hormones? Truth or myth? 1200 calories is a lot less than I realized. Three meals and a snack and a lot of water. Each year I seem to gain 10 lbs and so I work at losing it gradually and end of losing at least 4 and feel satisfied and then gain it back. I'm 5'9' and about 146.8 in the morning but that's a lot for a frame that carried 128 lbs. 9 years ago. So I want to stay young and look young and that means working at it. Tomorrow I start with a walk and hopefully my shin splint won't act up and I can walk again the next day. I have a gym membership but walking outdoors is so much better than a treadmill and my dog will enjoy it too. If I don't work out before going to work, it never gets done. So tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I won't push the snooze and give in to morning exhaustion before I even start my day. Here goes...wish me luck!
