Metabolism and hormones? Truth or myth? 1200 calories is a lot less than I realized. Three meals and a snack and a lot of water. Each year I seem to gain 10 lbs and so I work at losing it gradually and end of losing at least 4 and feel satisfied and then gain it back. I'm 5'9' and about 146.8 in the morning but that's a lot for a frame that carried 128 lbs. 9 years ago. So I want to stay young and look young and that means working at it. Tomorrow I start with a walk and hopefully my shin splint ...
