Day 4

I am gettng use to eating less. Yaaa hooo I am no longer feeling like I am starving and I am feeling more energy then I have had in a long time. I am only going to wiegh myself every other week because losing only 4-5 pds. is good but doesn't really feel like much progress for me. I am actually finding it hard to meet my calorie goals each day and at times I have to force myself to eat somthing because I just don't feel hungary for the snacks but if I don't have a snack I will want to eat to much at lunch or dinner. Still havnt started my exercise program yet was going to start walking today but my client isn't feeling well and isn't up to going for a walk. Well another day maybe.
