I want to change my start weight to 330 because that is what I actually weighed but because I hadn't weighted myself till later I wasn't sure. Cant seem to do this so I just add the pounds and it looks as if I am gaining weight. Damn it. LOL thats ok I know I shed about 3 pds. This week. I can't wait till I have a better scale to weigh on then the one in my bathroom. they are so unreliable. Well anyway I am doing ok went of a little last night and had about 3 0z of colby jack cheese on my sandwich for dinner but I am back on track again today. Having a hard time keeping my carbs within range. Hope today goes well, I feel as if I like I can't get enough water these days hope I don't over load on it.
