What I Need is What I Hate

What I need is what I hate? you're probably thinking, "WTF!?" But, unfortunately, it is very true. We all need food, but the cravings and snacking addictions, make my relationship with food quite difficult.

I have a past with "Binge Eating" and am finally starting to gain some control. However, when I am bored or get lonely I'll find myself wanting to snack on something... and that is when the spiral starts. It can be extremely difficult for me to curb the cravings or urges to chronically snack, making life quite a bit harder than it should be.

I've tried so many different methods, all of them leading me back to the snacking barrier. I'll be set for a few days where I am on track and doing great, but then the demon finds its way right back to my front door. All I really want is to push it away, and get myself permanently on the right road, where I don't have the urge to over-eat.

This is where "FitClick" comes in handy: I am hoping it will be something that I can stick with, to get me where I want to be. The biggest thing that I've always sort of lacked when starting my endeavors, was support from others. With no one to talk to about my daily struggles, successes, or other events, it was super hard to stay on track. Through this site, I am hoping and praying that someone may be willing to be a support in that way, and vice versa, of course...

If anyone is looking for some sort of support and are willing to provide support in return, I would greatly appreciate your companionship!
