OMG i did not sleep at all last night! tried going to bed at 9:30!! pfff never happened! got up, did my meal plan for today, went back to bed at 10:30!! didnt work....got up at 11, played around on the computer, went to read, anyways....I ended falliing asleep around 4 am.....I wake up at 5! so that was a realy short night.
I work in a day care, so I need lost of energy, I was sure i was not gonna make it, but I endend up having alot more energy than I thought!!!
Got home at 4 and I did my HIIT!!! for 20! even if I was dead tired, now I'm hungry and have a bit more energy...
I better be able to sleep tonight, tomorrow is a big work out!!
