Finally feeling better, soo busy with work, but still finding time to work out, decided to make up my own work out program to keep me motivated.
My body is changing in looks, my weight is not going down, but I am gaining muscle, wich weights more than fat, so im happy!!!
who wants to be skinny fat...yuck!! I want muscles!! sexy

well, I'm sick.........have been for 3 days now, strep throat cant do much with that, my body feels like it was ran over by a train, high fever, only been eating freezes, ice cream and soups, couldnt eat anything else ....finaly was able to eat eggs this morning.
as soon as i feel better, wich hopfully will be in max 2 days, I'll be back to exercising.!!!

I think i hit a wall, i was so pumped and excited, now im just tired...still doing what i gotta do, but damn i gotta push myself hard.
got my hubby to go for a jog with me yesterday, that was awesome, hes damn good at this jogging shit....
we went for a 90 min walk jog....felt good
i quit calculatin those damn calories...too time consuming, i just eat normal portions of healthy shit

Well, I just passed my first week end, I think i did very good, considering my hubby doesnt understand, laughes or is sarcastic with me. But i stuck to my guns, asked him over and over to at least try and be understanding, well see how that goes.
I did the groceries, and didnt eat one sample NOW THAT IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!!

another day of following my plan, exercise and food wise!!
I hate doing cardio, so i decided to move my elliptical machin in my living room in front of the t.v.! makes it more fun to do for more than 30 min!!
quite happy with the results I'm getting, tried on a bra today, hehe im a 34 now!! how awesome is that!!!
I feel energetic, happy, all is good

Well, I went to bed at 8:30 last night, felt awsome, woke up at 5 refeshed and ready to tackle another day.
I got on the scale this morning for the fun of it and I was 2 lbs lighter, in two days!!...i know know, its mostly water weight, but still, feels good, keeps you motivated.
I followed my meal plan to the letter today, well so far, I still have a nice steak and garden salad to eat!!! Did my exercises for the day, all of it.
I feel awesome an...

OMG i did not sleep at all last night! tried going to bed at 9:30!! pfff never happened! got up, did my meal plan for today, went back to bed at 10:30!! didnt work....got up at 11, played around on the computer, went to read, anyways....I ended falliing asleep around 4 am.....I wake up at 5! so that was a realy short night.
I work in a day care, so I need lost of energy, I was sure i was not gonna make it, but I endend up having alot more energy than I thought!!!
