2 weeks in and 7lbs lost!

Overall I hope to lose 100lbs. With a starting weight of 264 I hope to get down to around 150 - 160lbs. So far I am doing 30 min on the treadmill, starting with 0% incline and 2.7 speed daily 6 days a week. We intend to strart consistantly using the weights, (light for me of course) and once or twice a week I have been taking a class with my sister in addition to the treadmill.
I also lowered my calories quite a bit to around 1500 but I've been getting too low for some reason. Unintentional I can assure you it seems that my dieting might be a bit overzealous lol! One last thing we've been trying is to lower our carbs and raise our protien. I'm striving to figure out how to accomplish this on a tight budget but fingers crossed I can work it out!
My struggles through this is my asthma which is kicking me in the arse, and allergies which are wreaking havoc on my asthma lately.. Got a Dr appointment to have that checked out so I am hopeful!
