Playing catchup

Every evening I sit and plan my dinner around the amount and types of calories I still need to eat to finish the day, and everyday I wind up trying to find a ton of protein, calcium, and fiber because it seems I never get enough. :P
I'm not really sure what I could do besides throw another can of tuna in my lunch and drink more milk... but the milk adds carbs which I do not need, and the tuna is a bit expensive. As to the fiber I really am a bit frustrated I've been dumping flax seed in everything I eat and I eat so many fruits and veggies its kindof crazy! I have meant to do more beans but they also have carbs. :P
Its quite a balancing act when you are really paying attention!
