3 Pounds away from 3rd Milestone!

I worked out with my trainer yesterday and I really believe he's trying to kill me. He ran me for nearly the entire hour. I felt really good mentally afterwards, but physically I was drained, which usually happens after one of our sessions. I biked to the workout session and biked home afterwards. When I got home I got on the scale and it read 212.8, but after I took my shower it was back up to 213.8
. I was extremely happy anyway that I was down from 215, but I really wanted that extra pound lost. I have 3 pounds to lose before I reach my next milestone of 210, which I feel I will reach by Wednesday.
I'm still biking everyday to work 4.08 miles to and 4.08 miles home and I feel really good when I do. I'm actually biking about 40 miles per week which is really great considering when I first got my bike, I thought I was going to die that first night. I am able to do it with ease now, which means I need to start incorporating something else into my workouts daily. I figure once I get down to 200 pounds I should be able to run longer and it will put less stress on my shin splints. I'm hoping anyway.
My goal is to lose at least another 25 pounds by the end of August and to have the remaining weight lost by the end of October.
