Day3 part 2

So, I did my walk on Day three and some yoga both in the morning, but then I also walked to and from Sangha which totalled 4 miles. I am definitley sore. But, feeling good. I've decided to keep a hand written journal of my exercise so that I don't need to blog everyday, though I do love it! Today I am going to do some yoga this morning and also the workout video.
