You know this is not so bad...had a peach and a breakfast sandwich for breakfast..chicken for my morning snack...steamed shrimp & broccoli for lunch...and I will finish out the evening with barbeque whatever and rum & diet cokes (65 calories each)...I'm within my 1200-1300 calorie limit, under my carbs & fats limit and right with my protein limit....feeling good....
