So if it means I have to bring groceries to work to insure that I stay on my program, so be it. I find that preparation is the key. I plan amd prepare my foods the night before, put everything in containers, and then calculate my calories, carbs, protein and fat so I can stay within a suitable range for weight loss. It really isn't that hard when you think about the goal. Today I get to snack on liver pate and ritz crackers...YUM!!!!
