Walking it off

I have decided that the easiest way for me to start exercising is simply doing some stretching and short bursts of energy-boosting cardio at home and then going for a short walk. I live in a very friendly neighborhood with lots of little neighborly streets so I don't think that I will have a problem finding new routes to take each evening. I also think I want to start using our complex's pool to my advantage a little more... instead of simply laying out and reading my book I'm going to start incorporating some water aerobics. I'm getting on the right track! :)
