I have decided that the easiest way for me to start exercising is simply doing some stretching and short bursts of energy-boosting cardio at home and then going for a short walk. I live in a very friendly neighborhood with lots of little neighborly streets so I don't think that I will have a problem finding new routes to take each evening. I also think I want to start using our complex's pool to my advantage a little more... instead of simply laying out and reading my book I'm going to start inc...

So I have decided to finally be serious about losing weight and getting healthier. I don't necessarily want to be skinny but I would love to have more energy and maybe go down a couple of sizes. My biggest obstacle is going to be exercising. It's not that I don't have the time... I just don't like exercising. So I am going to start small. I'm going to start walking in the evenings/mornings and then gradually build up my stamina so that I can maybe start a jogging routine. Wish me luck!
