Day 1 - Danish Diet

Weigh in : 155.4 (after I had my morning coffee unfortuneatly)
I have been reading around and this seems to be a very effienct weight loss diet. Although, yes it is a fad diet.. who isn't looking for a quick fix?
I'm hoping to hit the 140's by the end of the 13 days. I believe it is possibe. I am a little concerned whether or not I should exercise soly for the fact that I'm unsure if it will make me too weak or not. But I'll just encorporate walking and jogging into the mix. I meant to go this morning for a run but my friend called and needed a ride.. which isn't a good enough excuse not to go for one.. But isn't it so easy to get one little excuse to not exercise haha
But anyone that is looking for a quick fix and is willing to dedicate themselves to something that is hard work check this diet out!!!
