Right on Track: My two-month weight loss update

I did it! I lost over 30 pounds in two month. My goal was to lose 30 over the summer and so far I have lost 31.8 pounds by following a high protein and low carb diet combined with exercise. I dont eat sugar and my carbs come form veggies. I work 3 to 5 days a week a combination of cardio and weight training. I recently tried a kickboxing cycle class. It was hard but fun.
To everyone out there, exercising is hard at first but once you get used to exercising things start getting better. You can replace the rush that eating gives you with the "high" you get after exercising. Honestly, I am in a better mood now that I exercise than when I didn't.
Now onto my next goal: 50 pounds by the end of fall 2011. Wish me luck. I will try to keep you posted on my progress. Please feel free to comment on this post if you have any questions.
