Right on Track: My two-month weight loss update

I did it! I lost over 30 pounds in two month. My goal was to lose 30 over the summer and so far I have lost 31.8 pounds by following a high protein and low carb diet combined with exercise. I dont eat sugar and my carbs come form veggies. I work 3 to 5 days a week a combination of cardio and weight training. I recently tried a kickboxing cycle class. It was hard but fun. Today is the first day of my new weigh loss journey. I want to lose 107.4 pounds in total but my goal for the next 2 months is to lose 30 pounds. Wish me luck. I'm heading to the gym now.
