Last week my life changed dramatically. I have taken my wife for granted, ignored her for some time and became lonely. She wanted to leave me. I have been very negative and have stopped caring about my heath.
In an effort to love myself again, and hopefully, help my marriage, I started eating better and working out.
This is one of the most important things I have ever started in my life. Three months ago at my last doctors appointment I was 270 lbs. When I started the diet/exercise program I was at 260 lbs (no idea how I lost those 10 lbs). My first goal weight is 200 lbs by March (my birthday month).
