Yet again I have hit another plateau. They seem to come more often now. I hit my first one at 225 lbs, made it to 219 and hit another. Now I can't get past 216 lbs. This week I am going to start doing twice a day workouts. About 45 minutes during my lunch time then a couple of hours in the evenings. I have started having a lot of night meetings, which makes it difficult to do my night workouts. I have the 16 more lbs to hit my goal and I really want to hit it by the end of November.

My diet and exercise program and progressing well. I have joined a weight loss challenge thru a store that sells Herbalife products. I have started to like the shakes and tea, so what the heck. Plus the weight is still coming off. I started on fitclick.com at 260 mid-August and am at about 233 right now. Sticking to 1200-1700 calories a day and walking 4-5 miles per day on a treadmill. I am at 4.5 miles in 61 minutes. I did 6 miles once. Maybe Wednesday I will do 6 miles again. My blood...

My diet and work out program is still going well. My wife and I worked out together the other day and will be again later this week. I am not nearly as hungry as I thought I would be on the diet. At times my stomach growls for food, but instead of chips or something else unhealthy I fee it carrots, apples, and oranges.
I am consantrating on making sure I get enough protiens. Soon, I will start lifting weights after my cardio workouts. I want to make sure I am not loosing muscle mass, but ...

Last week my life changed dramatically. I have taken my wife for granted, ignored her for some time and became lonely. She wanted to leave me. I have been very negative and have stopped caring about my heath.
