My diet and work out program is still going well. My wife and I worked out together the other day and will be again later this week. I am not nearly as hungry as I thought I would be on the diet. At times my stomach growls for food, but instead of chips or something else unhealthy I fee it carrots, apples, and oranges.
I am consantrating on making sure I get enough protiens. Soon, I will start lifting weights after my cardio workouts. I want to make sure I am not loosing muscle mass, but fat.
I am starting to always think positively - or at least when a negative thought pops in my head, consciously tell it to go away.
