#1. say no to extra food say no thanks to people who push extra food my way!
#2. workout or walk at least 20 min. to a hour 4 to 5 days a week..
#3. with foods i love use portion control! my portion control bowl..
put extra food away for later....chew gum
#4.dinner choices #1 shake healthy but any flavor #2 apple 1 sp peanut butter #3 yogurt or cottage cheese #4 cheerios
can swap dinner choices for lunch..
#5 journal everything! video journal.. do the blue jean test put on my hip hugger jeans, look at your self to see how they fit..

use weight balls for walks
use my petimeter for walks
keep mysef motivated watching blogs and weightloss videos
i lost 95 pounds before i can do it and keep it off with the right mind set in christ.....
