Day One

Okay out of the gate, yes i celebrated friday morning with a mcdonalds egg mcmuffin, not the worst choice on the menu mind you, but i have been dieting and counting calories for about a month now and have yes dropped about 5 pounds..yay! but everyone needs a little break once in a while, and with 2 kids 3 years and younger, and suffering from a lack of sleep for at least 4 years now...yeah..i celebrate fridays lol
but i will get back on the horse tomorrow morning with a protein bar and plenty of house work and lifting babies..
My overall goal is to be about 150-145 pounds by the end of september..and fit back in my size 10 possibly some size 8 pants for the fall..finding the time to exercise is hard due to just finding time to sleep is hard enough..but counting calories has really made a difference..5 pounds in a month is not a bad way to start..
